Delivery Information

At Jaecoo Parts UK we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find information about order processing, shipping times and how your items will be delivered.

Processing and Dispatch

Once an order is placed, it is usually processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If your item is held in our UK warehouse, it will normally be shipped on a 48 hour service using a trusted courier or Royal Mail service.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery within the UK. Our standard shipping cost is £3.99.

Delivery Times

Most of our accessories and merchandise are held in UK stock and dispatched using Royal Mail 48. In most cases these items arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Some products are shipped directly from our international warehouse. These items typically take between 7–14 calendar days to arrive, depending on the destination, courier handling and customs clearance times.

We always aim to provide tracking information so you can follow the progress of your order from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable delivery providers to ensure your order arrives safely. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, we may use Royal Mail or other reputable courier services.

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. This usually occurs when products are dispatched from different warehouses. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking updates for each parcel where available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery timeframes listed above, there may occasionally be delays that are outside of our control. These may include customs inspections, courier delays, weather disruptions or periods of high demand.

If a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
