Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned.

Original delivery costs will also be refunded where required under UK consumer law. However, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate solution which may include a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in reasonable condition. We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished through unnecessary handling beyond what would be expected when inspecting the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, such as items that have been customised, personalised or made to order.
