At Jaecoo Parts UK, we want customers to feel confident when ordering from us. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, damaged items and incorrect items are handled.

Please ensure you first contact us within this time limit and once we have confirmed the order qualifies for a refund send the item back tracked for your protection with 14 days of you receiving the item.

3. Items must be returned in suitable condition

Returned items should be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

You are allowed to inspect an item in the same way you would normally inspect it in a shop. However, if an item has been used, fitted, marked, damaged, altered, or handled more than necessary, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

4. Return postage costs

For change-of-mind returns or cancellations, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you remain responsible for the returned item until it reaches the return address provided.

5. Refunds for cancelled orders

If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of the item.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect fitting, installation, modification, misuse, or handling after delivery.

Please check that the item is correct and suitable before fitting, altering, or installing it. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before fitting the item.

8. Vehicle fitment and compatibility

Product descriptions, images, model information and measurements are provided to help customers choose suitable items.

However, it is your responsibility to check that the item is suitable for your vehicle before ordering and before fitting. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Once an item has been fitted, altered, damaged, or used, it may no longer be eligible for return unless it is faulty.

9. Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

This may include:

  • Items that have been fitted, used, altered, or damaged

  • Items returned incomplete

  • Items not returned in suitable condition

  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items

  • Items where seals, protective films, or packaging have been removed and the item cannot reasonably be resold

  • Electrical items that have been fitted or connected

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Orders dispatched from our international storage and distribution network

Some products may be dispatched through our international storage and distribution network. This helps us offer a wider range of Jaecoo parts and accessories at competitive prices.

Delivery times are usually 7–14 working days, although this can vary slightly depending on the item, dispatch times, courier demand, customs processing, and delivery location.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return process.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at checkout, unless we agree otherwise.
